After going through a really bad car accident and being abroad, I was unable to find a wrist doctor. By the time I had gotten back to the US, 4 months have passed. Doctors back in Malta had misdiagnosed how severe my break was so I thought it would be okay to wait. After getting back to the US and seeing a few wrist specialist, i managed to get squeezed into Dr. Yang’s very busy schedule. He sent me to get a ct scan the same day, something i was unable to do with other doctors due to the way the system was set up. The prognosis was not good. I was worried but Dr. Yang called and answered all my questions. His level of empathy is unlike any surgeons I have come across. I had the procedure on oct 27 and a few weeks later, I went to OT. I am in Connecticut so i was unable to get it at NYU. This was a very hard surgery due to many fragments of bone healing together incorrectly but Dr. Yang and Kayla his PA are both really great and did an amazing job. You need a great surgeon and great therapy to get the maximum range of motion you can get. I was lucky to have him and his team.

Dr Yang is really patient and careful. He gave me thorough examination and diagnosis. I was looking for a second opinion and he explained to me pros and cons of each treatment option. I really appreciate the patience he had.

This staff was very helpful and professional when I arrived and wait time to see Dr. WAng was short. And he came in and was confident and said, I did not need surgery, which was a blessing and advised me, and directed me to seek physical therapy for my frozen shoulder. So, I was very happy and also, he was able to give me a cortisone shot in the shoulder at the time of service. So I highly recommend to you see system, and thank you so much. God bless you all.

With a full radial tear of the medial meniscus, my prognosis was bleak. I conducted extensive research to find a doctor capable of repairing my knee. I came across Dr. Dean Wang and his resume appeared non-human. After watching several YouTube Videos and his surgical technique, I knew he was the surgeon to repair my knee. The surgery was a success and now after 1 year post-op, I've made a great recovery. He is micro-detailed and extremely proficient. Consider yourself lucky to be fortunate enough to be in his care.

      Shoulder problem

I visited Dr. Wang at a new office in Costa Mesa. A beautiful facility and everyone there seems so happy to be there. Great customer care. Then I got to see the doctor and he was incredible. I needed some x-rays and they were available in the same suite. My entire visit, including x-rays took less than 40 minutes. Very impressed!

Dr. Wang and his staff are great

I was referred by another really good orthopedic dr. in Orange County to go to Dr. Wang. He stated, " he is the best surgeon in Orange County to fix my labral tear and impingement." Thank you to all his staff for getting me in the appointment, calling me back in a timely matter, working hard to get me scheduled for surgery. Some of you out there are like me and tried everything besides the s word. 2 MRI's since a car accident in 2004. Have gone too many orthopedic doctors in Orange County with no answers. There has never been a dr. that showed me on my MRI that I was born with square femur bones. I am lucky to finally meet him. This tear is not going away. Of course; after surgery the ball is in my court to follow his instructions. If you are in pain, need some answers, direction and possibly surgery; I feel Dr Wang will be your answer. Yours could be just physical therapy. Hoping; anyone who reads this gets their regular routine back. Namaste
